The Standard Door Section is Khidkie™’s core aluminium door framing platform. Unlike window-based systems adapted for doors, this system is built specifically for hinged and heavy glass doors using dedicated vertical, horizontal and load-bearing profiles. It provides the correct stiffness, alignment and hardware compatibility needed for long-lasting doors.
This system is used for internal doors, bathroom doors, bedroom doors, offices, shop entrances and full-height glass doors. From lightweight residential doors to heavy commercial glass doors, the multiple profile families allow correct engineering for every application.
Fabricators trust this system because every door part has a dedicated profile: handle, interlock, middle and base. This eliminates misalignment, reduces wastage, and allows fast, accurate fabrication with predictable door performance on site.

The Standard Door Section is built around three structural families: 2×1 profiles for standard doors, 3×1 profiles for tall and heavy doors, and molding profiles for premium architectural doors. This tiered structure ensures every door is built with the correct aluminium mass and stiffness.
Door geometry and load handling are controlled using Handle, Interlock, Middle and Bearing Bottom profiles. These components define how the glass sits, how the door locks, and how the weight transfers into the floor — which is critical for smooth opening and long service life.
For higher doors and thicker glass, the system includes P-Pipe and Molding P-Pipe profiles, which add vertical rigidity and prevent door twisting, sagging and hinge stress over time.
